קִנְיַן כַּסְפּוֹ. וּסְמִיךְ לֵיהּ יְלִיד בֵּיתוֹ, מַקִּישׁ קִנְיַן כַּסְפּוֹ לִילִיד בֵּיתוֹ, מָה יְלִיד בֵּיתוֹ אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁאֵינוֹ שָׁוֶה כְּלוּם אַף קִנְיַן כַּסְפּוֹ אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁאֵינוֹ שָׁוֶה כְּלוּם. (גִּיטִּין מ״ג א׳)
