וְלֹא יְחַלֵּל. אָמַר רָבָא, כֹּהֵן גָּדוֹל בְּאַלְמָנָה שֶׁבָּעַל וְלֹא קִדֵּשׁ לוֹקֶה, מַאי טַעְמָא, וְלֹא יְחַלֵּל זַרְעוֹ בְּעַמָּיו כְּתִיב וְהֲרֵי חִלֵּל. (קִדּוּשִׁין ע״ח א׳)
