לֹא יִקָּח. תָּנָא תַּנָּא קַמֵּיהּ דְּרַב שֵׁשֶׁת, כָּל שֶׁהוּא בְּיִקָּח הֲרֵי הוּא בְּלֹא יִקָּח, וְכָל שֶׁאֵינוֹ בְּיִקָּח אֵינוֹ בְּלֹא יִקָּח, פְּרָט לְכֹהֵן גָּדוֹל שֶׁנָּשָׂא אֲחוֹתוֹ אַלְמָנָה. (קִדּוּשִׁין ע״ז ב׳)
