וְלֹא יְחַלֵּל. תַּנְיָא, כֹּהֵן שֶׁהָיָה לוֹ מֵת מוּנָּח עַל כְּתֵיפוֹ וְהוֹשִׁיטוּ לוֹ מֵת אַחֵר וְנָגַע בּוֹ, יָכוֹל יְהֵא חַיָּיב, תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְלֹא יְחַלֵּל, מִי שֶׁאֵינוֹ מְחוּלָּל, יָצָא זֶה שֶׁמְּחוּלָּל וְעוֹמֵד. (נְזִיר מ״ב ב׳)
