כִּי אִם לִשְׁאֵרוֹ. שְׁאֵרוֹ זוֹ אִשְׁתּוֹ, וּכְתִיב לֹא יִטַּמָּא בַּעַל בְּעַמָּיו לְהֵחַלּוֹ, יֵשׁ בַּעַל שֶׁמִּטַּמֵּא וְיֵשׁ בַּעַל שֶׁאֵין מִטַּמֵּא, הָא כֵּיצַד, מִטַּמֵּא הוּא לְאִשְׁתּוֹ כְּשֵׁרָה וְאֵין מִטַּמֵּא לְאִשְׁתּוֹ פְּסוּלָה. (יְבָמוֹת כ״ב ב׳)
