The Complete Passuk

בְּי֧וֹם זִבְחֲכֶ֛ם יֵאָכֵ֖ל וּמִֽמָּחֳרָ֑ת וְהַנּוֹתָר֙ עַד־י֣וֹם הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י בָּאֵ֖שׁ יִשָּׂרֵֽף׃

Core Text

בְּיוֹם זִבְחֲכֶם — מְלַמֵּד שֶׁכָּל הַיּוֹם כָּשֵׁר לִשְׁחִיטָה.

English: “On the day of your slaughter” — teaches that the entire day is valid for shechitah.

Daytime mitzvah valid all day

Because shechitah of this korban is a daytime mitzvah, any time during the day is kosher for the act.
