וְאֶת־זָכָר֙ לֹ֣א תִשְׁכַּ֔ב מִשְׁכְּבֵ֖י אִשָּׁ֑ה תּוֹעֵבָ֖ה הִֽוא׃

ואת זכר לא תשכב — הרי זו אזהרה לשוכב; אזהרה לנשכב מניין? א"ר עקיבא: כתיב לא תשכב קרי ביה נמי לא תִשָּׁכֵב.

English: “You shall not lie with a male” — warning to the active partner; R. Akiva reads the same letters as also warning the passive partner.
