וְהִזָּ֨ה עָלָ֧יו מִן־הַדָּ֛ם בְּאֶצְבָּע֖וֹ שֶׁ֣בַע פְּעָמִ֑ים וְטִהֲר֣וֹ וְקִדְּשׁ֔וֹ מִטֻּמְאֹ֖ת בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

וְטִהֲרוֹ — מִן הַטֻּמְאָה; וְקִדְּשׁוֹ — לְקַדְּשׁוֹ לְעִנְיָנוֹ.

English: “And he shall purify it” — from the impurity; “and sanctify it” — to sanctify it for its purpose.
