English: “And the zav with his flux” — equates his flux to him: just as regarding him you did not distinguish between his carrying and his contact for conveying impurity to a person and to garments, so too regarding his flux.

Chazal give the zav’s flux the same impurity profile as the zav himself regarding contact and carrying.
