Torah Temima points to R’ Yochanan.
English: “This is the Torah of the zav” — R’ Yochanan said: All [offerings] require the owners’ knowledge/consent except those who lack kapparah (mechusei kapparah).
Mechusei kapparah without da’as
Chazal allow the offerings of a zav, zavah, metzora, and yoledes to be brought even without the owners’ explicit awareness, because these offerings enable re-entry to the Mikdash rather than atoning for a sin in the ordinary sense.
