וְאִם־דַּ֣ל ה֗וּא וְאֵ֣ין יָדוֹ֮ מַשֶּׂ֒גֶת֒ וְ֠לָקַ֠ח כֶּ֣בֶשׂ אֶחָ֥ד אָשָׁ֛ם לִתְנוּפָ֖ה לְכַפֵּ֣ר עָלָ֑יו וְעִשָּׂר֨וֹן סֹ֜לֶת אֶחָ֨ד בָּל֥וּל בַּשֶּׁ֛מֶן לְמִנְחָ֖ה וְלֹ֥ג שָֽׁמֶן׃

וְלֹג שֶׁמֶן — מַה תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר? שֶׁהָיָה בַּדִּין שֶׁיָּבִיא שְׁלִישׁ לֹג, תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר וְלֹג שֶׁמֶן.
English: “And a log of oil” — why is this stated? By logic one might have thought he should bring a third of a log; therefore the verse says “and a log of oil.”
