Torah Temimah cites Sifra (Toras Kohanim) for sending a garment affected by tzaraas outside all three camps.

English: Rabbi Yose HaGelili links “his dwelling shall be outside the camp” with the following word “the garment”: a garment afflicted with tzaraas must likewise be sent outside all three camps.
