וּבָשָׂ֕ר כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֥ה בֽוֹ־בְעֹר֖וֹ שְׁחִ֑ין וְנִרְפָּֽא׃

English: When the flesh has a boil on its skin and it heals.

בוֹ בְּעוֹרוֹ. אֵין לִי אֶלָּא שְׁחִין שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ לְהֵיכָן שֶׁיִּפְשֶׁה; שְׁחִין שֶׁאֵין לוֹ לְהֵיכָן שֶׁיִּפְשֶׁה מִנַּיִן?

English: I know only that the rule applies to a boil that has room to spread; from where do we include a boil that has no room to spread?
