כִּי אֲנִי יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וְהִתְקַדִּשְׁתֶּם וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים כִּי קָדוֹשׁ אָנִי וְלֹא תְטַמְּאוּ אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם בְּכָל־הַשֶּׁרֶץ הָרֹמֵשׂ עַל־הָאָרֶץ:

וְהִתְקַדִּשְׁתֶּם. וְהִתְקַדִּשְׁתֶּם – אֵלּוּ מַיִם רִאשׁוֹנִים, וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים – אֵלּוּ מַיִם אַחֲרוֹנִים, כִּי קָדוֹשׁ – זֶה שֶׁמֶן, אֲנִי ה׳ אֱלֹהֵיכֶם – זוֹ בְּרָכָה.
