וְאֶת הָאַיָּה. כָּאן אַיָּה וּבְמִשְׁנֵה תּוֹרָה (פּ׳ רְאֵה) דַּיָּה, מְלַמֵּד שֶׁאַיָּה וְדַיָּה מִין אֶחָד הוּא.

Textual identification — The repeated naming identifies the species and its varieties within the prohibition.

The names איה and דיה in the two Torah passages refer to the same species.
