טְמֵאִים הֵם לָכֶם. לָכֶם – מֻתָּרִים הֵם בַּהֲנָאָה.
Benefit versus consumption — The phrase “for you” teaches that although these animals are forbidden as food, benefit from them is not thereby prohibited.
The phrase לכם limits the prohibition to their use as food, leaving their permitted non-food benefit intact.
