וַיִּשְׁמַ֣ע משֶׁ֔ה וַיִּיטַ֖ב בְּעֵינָֽיו:

English: “Moshe heard”: Moshe admitted the point and was not embarrassed to say, “I did not hear,” but rather, “I heard and forgot.”
