Chabad.org — Vayikra Chapter 10 with Rashi

English: “You shall eat it in a holy place”: the emphatic word “it” teaches that this offering is eaten in a holy place, while another offering is not necessarily included in the same rule.

Core Text

Type of Learning

Textual exclusion — the emphatic “it” limits the sacred-place requirement to this offering and excludes other offerings from the same inference.

What Is Learned

The word אותה restricts this offering to the sacred place and excludes other offerings from that same location requirement.
