וְאִם מִן הָעוֹף עֹלָה — מַה תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר עֹלָה? לוֹמַר לְךָ: עוֹף עוֹלָה וְאֵין עוֹף שְׁלָמִים.
English: “And if from the fowl, an olah” — why state “olah”? To teach you: a bird may be an olah, but not a shelamim.
