אַחַת — כַּפָּרָה אַחַת מְכַפֵּר וְאֵינוֹ מְכַפֵּר שְׁתֵּי כַפָּרוֹת. אַחַת בַּשָּׁנָה — כַּפָּרָה זוֹ לֹא תְּהֵא אֶלָּא אַחַת בַּשָּׁנָה.
English: “One” teaches that this atonement covers one category rather than two; “once a year” means this atonement is performed only once in the year.
