Temurah 31b

וְאֵין נוֹתְנִין מֵהֶן לָאוּמָנִין בִּשְׂכָרָן, מַה שֶּׁאֵין כֵּן בְּקָדְשֵׁי בֶּדֶק הַבַּיִת. הָא קָדְשֵׁי בֶּדֶק הַבַּיִת נוֹתְנִין. אָמַר רַבִּי אֲבָהוּ: דְּאָמַר קְרָא ״וְעָשׂוּ לִי״ — מִשֶּׁלִּי.

English: The Mishnah distinguishes offerings of the altar from Temple-maintenance sancta: craftsmen are not paid from the former, whereas they may be paid from Temple-maintenance funds. Rabbi Abahu derives this from “They shall make Me”: it is from Mine.
