Core Text of Chazal

Core Text — Bava Kamma 46b

English: The claimant must bring evidence to them. From where do we know that the one who seeks to extract from his fellow bears the burden of proof? As it says, “Whoever has a matter shall approach them” — he should bring his evidence to them.

On the daf / in context: The Core Text above is the primary Chazal passage to which Torah Temimah points for this derashah.
