English: Rabbi Chanina bar Pappa said: Any home in which wine is not poured like water is not included in the blessing, as it says, “And He will bless your bread and your water.” Just as bread purchased with second-tithe money is included, so too water purchased with second-tithe money is included; and what is that? Wine, which Scripture calls “water.”
