רַגְלִים — פְּרָט לְבַעֲלֵי קַבִּין; פְּרָט לְחִגֵּר וְלַחוֹלֶה וְלַסּוֹמֵא וְלַזָּקֵן וְלְמִי שֶׁאֵינוֹ יָכוֹל לַעֲלוֹת בְּרַגְלָיו.
English: “Feet” excludes one who uses artificial legs; it also excludes the lame, sick, blind, elderly, and one unable to ascend on his feet.
