תָּנוּ רַבָּנַן: אֵין לוֹ דָּמִים — בֵּין בַּחוֹל בֵּין בַּשַּׁבָּת; מַאי קָא מַשְׁמַע לָן? סַלְקָא דַעְתָּךְ אָמֵינָא מִידֵּי דַּהֲוָה אַהֲרוּגֵי בֵּית דִּין דְּבַשַּׁבָּת לָא קָטְלִינַן, קָא מַשְׁמַע לָן הָכָא דְּקָטְלִינַן.
