מַתְנִיתִין מַנְיָא רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא הִיא. דְּתַנְיָא: יוּשַּׂם הַשּׁוֹר בְּבֵית דִּין, דִּבְרֵי רַבִּי יִשְׁמָעֵאל; רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא אוֹמֵר הוּחְלַט הַשּׁוֹר. רַבִּי עֲקִיבָא סָבַר שׁוּתָּפֵי נִינְהוּ, וְכִי כְּתִיב וּמָכְרוּ אֶת הַשּׁוֹר הַחַי וְחָצוּ אֶת כַּסְפּוֹ — לְנִיזָּק וּמַזִּיק מִזְּהַר לְהוּ רַחֲמָנָא.
