Core Text — Bava Kama 44aתַּנּוּ רַבָּנַן: ״אוֹ בֵן יִגַּח״ – לְחַיֵּיב עַל הַקְּטַנִּים כַּגְּדוֹלִים. אֵין לִי אֶלָּא בְּמוּעָד וּבְמִיתָה, בְּתָם וּבְנִזְקִין מִנַּיִן? תַּלְמוּד לוֹמַר ״יִגַּח יִגַּח״, נְגִיחָה בְּתָם נְגִיחָה בְּמוּעָד, נְגִיחָה לְמִיתָה מִיתָה לְנִזְקִין.
