English: Rav Yehudah said in the name of Rav: Whoever acts arrogantly with the cloak of a Torah scholar though he is not a Torah scholar is not admitted into the precinct of the Holy One, blessed be He, as it is written “A haughty man shall not abide,” and it is written “to Your holy habitation.”
