The Complete Passuk

וְאֶ֨ת־הָעָ֔ם הֶעֱבִ֥יר אֹת֖וֹ לֶעָרִ֑ים מִקְצֵ֥ה גְבוּל־מִצְרַ֖יִם וְעַד־קָצֵֽהוּ׃

And as for the people, he moved them to the cities from one end of the border of Egypt to the other end.

מַאי נָפְקָא מִינַּהּ? כִּי הֵיכִי דְּלָא לִקְרוּ לְאַחָיו גָּלוּתָא.

English: What is the practical difference? So that they would not call his brothers “exiles.”
