אֵ֣לֶּה ׀ בְּנֵ֣י לֵאָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר יָלְדָ֤ה לְיַעֲקֹב֙ בְּפַדַּ֣ן אֲרָ֔ם וְאֵ֖ת דִּינָ֣ה בִתּ֑וֹ כׇּל־נֶ֧פֶשׁ בָּנָ֛יו וּבְנוֹתָ֖יו שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים וְשָׁלֹֽשׁ׃

These are the sons of Leah whom she bore to Yaakov in Paddan-aram, and Dinah his daughter; all the persons of his sons and his daughters were thirty-three.

כׇּל נֶפֶשׁ בָּנָיו וּבְנוֹתָיו שְׁלֹשִׁים וְשָׁלֹשׁ — מְלַמֵּד שֶׁמִּקְצֵה בְּנֵי לֵאָה, עִם דִּינָה, הָיוּ שְׁלֹשִׁים וְשָׁלֹשׁ נְפָשׁוֹת שֶׁיָּרְדוּ לְמִצְרַיִם.

English: “All the persons of his sons and his daughters were thirty-three” — this teaches that the descendants of Leah, including Dinah, numbered thirty-three souls who went down to Egypt.
