וַיַּכֵּ֣ר יְהוּדָ֗ה וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ צָֽדְקָ֣ה מִמֶּ֔נִּי כִּֽי־עַל־כֵּ֥ן לֹא־נְתַתִּ֖יהָ לְשֵׁלָ֣ה בְנִ֑י וְלֹֽא־יָסַ֥ף ע֖וֹד לְדַעְתָּֽהּ׃

Judah recognized them, and said, “She is more in the right than I, inasmuch as I did not give her to my son Shelah.” And he was not intimate with her again.

וְלֹא יָסַף עוֹד לְדַעְתָּהּ — אָמַר שְׁמוּאֵל סָבָא מִשְּׁמֵיהּ דְּרַב שְׁמוּאֵל בַּר אַמֵּי: כֵּיוָן שֶׁיְּדָעָהּ שׁוּב לֹא פָּסַק מִמֶּנָּה.

English: “And he did not continue further to know her” — Shmuel the Elder said in the name of Rav Shmuel bar Ammi: once he had known her, he did not again cease from her [i.e., he married her].

On the daf / in context: One reading of “lo yasaf” is “he did not cease,” meaning ongoing marriage rather than permanent separation.
