וַיֹּאמֶר֩ ל֨וֹ אֱלֹהִ֜ים אֲנִ֨י אֵ֤ל שַׁדַּי֙ פְּרֵ֣ה וּרְבֵ֔ה גּ֛וֹי וּקְהַ֥ל גּוֹיִ֖ם יִהְיֶ֣ה מִמֶּ֑ךָּ וּמְלָכִ֖ים מֵחֲלָצֶ֥יךָ יֵצֵֽאוּ׃

And God said to him: I am El Shaddai; be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be from you, and kings shall come forth from your loins.

גוי וקהל גוים יהיה ממך — גוי זה בנימין, וקהל גוים אלו מנשה ואפרים.

“A nation and a company of nations shall be from you” — a nation is Binyamin, and a company of nations are Menasheh and Efrayim.
