And he saw that he could not prevail against him, and he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Yaakov’s thigh was strained as he wrestled with him.

ויאבק איש עמו — א"ר יהושע בן לוי: מלמד שהעלו אבק ברגליהם עד כסא הכבוד.
“And a man wrestled with him” — Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levi said: This teaches that they raised dust with their feet up to the Throne of Glory.
