וַעֲשֵׂה־לִ֨י מַטְעַמִּ֜ים כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר אָהַ֛בְתִּי וְהָבִ֥יאָה לִּ֖י וְאֹכֵ֑לָה בַּעֲב֛וּר תְּבָרֶכְךָ֥ נַפְשִׁ֖י בְּטֶ֥רֶם אָמֽוּת׃
Then prepare a dish for me such as I like, and bring it to me to eat, so that I may give you my innermost blessing before I die.

מִכָּאן שֶׁהַמְבָרֵךְ צָרִיךְ לִהְיוֹת בְּשִׂמְחָה.
English: From here [we learn] that one who blesses must be in a state of joy.
On the daf / in context: Yitzchak first eats so that his spirit will be settled and his heart glad before he blesses; the verse is the source that a blessing should be given in a state of simchah.
