Rav Avira expounded: Any person who has arrogance and then returns [to humility] is gathered [to his people] in his proper time, like Avraham our father.
On the daf / in context: The derasha reads “in all” (bakol) in connection with one who abandons arrogance and dies at a fitting time, as Avraham did.
