הֲיִפָּלֵ֥א מֵיְהֹוָ֖ה דָּבָ֑ר לַמּוֹעֵ֞ד אָשׁ֥וּב אֵלֶ֛יךָ כָּעֵ֥ת חַיָּ֖ה וּלְשָׂרָ֥ה בֵֽן׃

Is anything too wondrous for Hashem? At the appointed time I will return to you, at this season, and Sarah shall have a son.

לַמּוֹעֵד אָשׁוּב אֵלֶיךָ. מִכָּאן דְּבַפֶּסַח נוֹלַד יִצְחָק, שֶׁהֲרֵי בַּפֶּסַח הָיָה עוֹמֵד וְאָמַר לָהּ לַמּוֹעֵד אָשׁוּב אֵלֶיךָ כָּעֵת חַיָּה וּלְשָׂרָה בֵן.

English: “At the appointed time I will return to you.” From here we learn that Yitzchak was born on Pesach, for He was standing [speaking] on Pesach and said to her, “At the appointed time I will return to you, at this season, and Sarah shall have a son.”

On the daf / in context: The phrase “at this season” is taken to mean that the birth would occur exactly one year later on the same calendar date, which the sugya identifies as Pesach.
